Philip Derick

After completing 2 years of Business and Marketing I found that my interests definitely were elsewhere.  I changed direction completely and graduated 2^nd in my class with a Construction Engineering Technician Diploma and a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma – both with honours. I then followed my love of construction into major renovation projects.  This lead me naturally to developing investment properties and the rental market.  My few years in a business program has paid off too, so that wasn’t wasted.

Hands on construction, renovation and repairs is what I love.  Now that I am involved in property development and management, I feel lucky that I am pursuing something that I love with family.
